When will I receive my order?

We process orders in 1 business day and orders within the continental US take 3-7 business days to arrive under normal circumstances. You will receive an email with tracking information when your product ships.

What if I have a problem with my order?

How do I redeem my FREE GEL COUPON?

You must have a coupon code to get your free gel each month. Here’s how:

Are there any risks associated with home whitening?

Home whitening is very safe. The most serious risk is for the few people who have allergic reactions.

Less than 1% of our customers reported an allergic-type of reaction to our peroxide-based whitening gel. An allergic reaction can be painful and even cause blisters. This risk is included in the warnings on all our products with peroxide-based gel. If this happens to you, discontinue use immediately and, if desired, see your dentist or physician about methods to help the skin heal faster. We recommend applying pure vitamin e oil to the irritated parts of the mouth.
