We are so confident in our professional teeth whitening system that we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on ALL wholesale teeth whitening packages. Here’s the fine print:
1) You must find a comparable professional teeth whitening system that gives better results (in your opinion) and buy that system instead. The system must compare in the type of gel and application method.
2) Contact our Support Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3) Return the package. You do not need to return used product. Used product will be deducted from your refund. Returned product must be returned in undamaged, original packaging.
4) Provide proof of purchase for the other comparable professional teeth whitening system.
5) We will refund 100% of your purchase price minus used product, training, and shipping.
6) If you have received our training materials (usually sent to you by email), you have received the value of the training; therefore, any refunds will have the $500 standard price of the training deducted from them.
Returns & Exchanges
Consumables
Consumables (such as gels, liquids, and products that contain gel or liquids) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. No refunds will be issued for consumables.
If there is a defect with the gel or liquid, we will need the affected product returned to us for verification, and replacement product will be sent.
If you are unsure about our products, please order some samples first to make sure that it will work for your intended use.
Equipment
The lifetime warranty on the Futura 2400 blue LED light came into effect on March 1, 2017.
All equipment purchased before this date carries our standard warranty.
Our warranty on equipment is only valid for the original purchaser.
In the rare case that you have a problem with equipment you have purchased from us, our quality control department will need to speak with you to try to find a solution. At our discretion, we may choose to send you replacement parts that are plug-and-play to attempt to solve the problem.
If we determine that your item needs to be shipped to us for repair or replacement, we will issue an RMA number.
All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number that was issued by Beaming White.
